In our busy and often hectic world, consciously seeking ways to relax is essential to stay well-balanced. The question is: how do you do that? Yentell Perdieus, moonbird’s ambassador manager shares his tips and insights.
‘I do my breathing exercises three times a day, including heart coherence with moonbird.’
“At moonbird, I am involved in growth marketing, but I also take care of our ambassadors. I have a great interest in marketing and sales. I find it very exciting to constantly learn new skills that I can then use to help grow the sales of a company.
I am very much involved in personal growth as well. You can often find me at workshops, in the yoga studio, or among the self-development books to learn more about myself and to grow as a person. I also enjoy sports and everything that has to do with cars.”
“The main motivation in my job at moonbird is actively helping to develop a brand with enormous potential, in a market that suits me well. In addition, I get a lot of satisfaction from learning new things in the sales-marketing domain. Finally, it is fantastic to be a part of a company that can make other people's lives a bit nicer, calmer, and more beautiful.”
“When my muscles and body start to feel tense, I know I need to give myself some rest. My triggers are very much linked to perfectionism. This can manifest itself on a work-related level, but also socially, where I often have the feeling that I always have to perform or do well, instead of sometimes allowing myself to just be ;-).”
“ I perform my breathing exercises three times a day, including heart coherence with moonbird. In addition, I regularly do body scans and you can often find me in the yoga studio. Eating healthy meals does me a lot of good as well.”
“Body scans, breathwork, stretching/yoga, eating healthy/smoothies, and sports are activities that I do every day. A body scan ensures that I stay in touch with my body and emotions. Breathwork gives me some peace of mind during the day. Stretches and yoga are a must to relax my tense muscles as a result of chronic hyperventilation. Finally, exercising and eating well makes me feel healthy and gives me more energy.”
“Conscious connected breathing brings me closer to my emotions, such as sadness. I only do sessions of connected breathing with certified breathing coaches and never on my own because the guidance is quite important.
Slow breathing, on the other hand, I taught myself thanks to my moonbird as a breathing coach. It brings me peace and tranquility whenever I need it.”
“I use my moonbird three times a day, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, always for six minutes. If I really experience a lot of stress during the day, I may even use it four to five times. I have a personal set rhythm because it feels most natural to me.
I especially like that I don't have to look at my screen while doing my breathing exercises with moonbird, and that I get biofeedback about how calm I am after an exercise. It is just super accessible to use and that makes it pleasant for me.”
"Live and let live."
